coney island

finally go to check out coney island.it definately has. . . character. there is a game called shoot the freak and essentially there is a row of 5 or 6 paint gun machines and there is a poor guy in "armor" running around trying not to get shot. it's odd what "civilized" humans do for entertainment. . .the whole thing was quite primal. (photos to follow)got to ride the cyclone- a rickety old roller coaster, beat collins (formerly waterboy) in skee ball, and people watch. after getting our fill of coney island, we headed back to the city and grabbed dinner at union square, sat in the park and gabbed until i was too eaten up by bug bites, then got dessert at big daddy's diner.
