27 going on 72

christmas is right around the corner which means (1) longer work hours (i have to be at work at either 8 AM or until 11:30 PM), (2) the crazies and grumpies are out in droves, and (3) the patience of all have worn thin.

which means, i'm tired and never feel like going out after work. especially with an hour drive back home. in traffic. with my notorious road rage and metamorphosis into the angry little asian girl. regardless, i feel lame.

it's saturday night and i had a lovely evening out planned with theng, her hubby, qq, and another friend. i got home around 10pm, hungry, and beat. registry returns totally over $4000. customers up the wazoo each vying for attention and immediate service. although i kept my game face on throughout the night, it drained me. i need to sleep and wake up in a few hours and do it all over again. . until i have another day off. . five more days. . a stretch of 10 days without a break. . .

sorry for all the complaints. . i'll be better after the holiday madness ends. . .
